Oakdale Prepares to Expand its Hours of Service

January 2, 2009: Happy New Year! Starting spring 2009, our Oakdale facility will be expanding its hours to provide 24-hours a day, seven days a week care. We are very excited to offer this new service and hope that it is welcomed by both the pet-owning as well as the veterinary community. We anticipate that it will be widely used, as feedback from both our referring veterinarians and pet-owners has indicated for years the desire for a facility that would not have to transfer critically ill and hospitalized patients for care during the weekday. In addition, we hope to provide care for those pets who become injured or ill during the week and are unable to receive service elsewhere due to otherwise packed appointment schedules.

Working out the kinks of scheduling our health care team for round-the-clock care is our current priority. Stay tuned for news on the 24-hour front!
